We all suffer from too much spam in our inbox but here is a great tool that I have used for a number of years to reduce the task of sorting the good from the bad.
MailWasher pro has been on my system for about 3 years and I couldn’t live without it.
I run multiple sites and look after many for clients each with its own email address. So on a good day I will get 300 ish emails. If I go away for even a couple of days I quite often come back to 1500 emails that need to be processed. Well Mailwasher Pro makes this a heck of a lot easier by learning my preferences and marking each email accordingly. All I have to do is run through the list of mails from new sources and decide what to do with them. A simple click will teach MailWasher what to do with each type of mail should we receive similar in the future.
MailWasher allows you to build complex filters that can look for certain text in different places and flag the email accordingly.
